Focus, This team has incredible ability to show up with a focus on every detail that pertains to becoming a successful football team. Classroom, Community, Weight Room, and on the Field.
Player numbers continue to grow. An incoming freshman class of 21 along with 7 new players to the program.
Do what is best for the team. After a year of spending as far apart as possible with a pandemic, coming back together in film sessions, practice, and the weight room, we want to build up the camaraderie that has allowed us to compete with very tough teams on our schedule throughout the years. The players have been focused on each detail and wasting no moment in the preparation of reaching the goal of going 1-0 each week.
"Myself and the other coaches are very excited about the experience that is returning this season. We have enjoyed putting the pieces together to give the players a chance to be successful. Having a hard-working, great group of student-athletes makes every day the best day possible."

The Pequannock Panthers are poised for a breakout season this fall. They are looking to bounce back this season with a very large senior class leading the way. Returning 17 starters, this year’s Golden Panthers are ready to step up to the challenge and make a run for states. Although the group is very packed with powerhouses such as Verona, Hanover Park, and Newton, the Panthers have the versatility to make a run. The Panthers will run out a defense with speed all over the field, mixed with returning hard hitting linebackers Preston Fazekas and Michael Melillo. They will look to get the ball back in the hands of an explosive offense led by senior captain David Rigoglioso. With the high octane offense filled with speed and size with guys such as Matt Delitzia and Ryan Vucenovic leading the way on the outside, they look to cause trouble on defenses throughout the year. The Panthers will face a large task Week 1 as they hit the road against the #1 passing offense from a year ago in Morris Catholic. Throughout the schedule there are tough opponents each and every week, with the expectations of a lot of close and tough games for the Panthers.
